I wanted to use the Warrior but the write up seems to suggest that they start with only a few of the Tactics (one of the advanced moves simply states to learn another Tactic). How many Tactics did you start with?

Speaking of Inglorious, I hope to hear more news about in the near future ūüôā

I need some ideas on what the Prison Guards might be like. What might these most bad-ass guards be like?

Health Potions are serious business in the game I’m running.

Health Potions are serious business in the game I’m running. I want them to be alchemical creation that is potentially addictive. Why? Health Potions with a downside are fun. I also like the idea of addicts taking them when they don’t need to just to feel “alive.”

I want a custom move based around the addiction part though and I’m drawing a blank. Anyone use addiction of any kind in their game?

Anyone have any play experience with the various magic user classes out there?

Anyone have any play experience with the various magic user classes out there?  I was thinking on replacing Wizard with one of them for my next game.

Maybe Jacob Randolph¬†‘s Mage (or now the Mage sub-classes) or Adrian Thoen’s Sorcerer. ¬†Anyone use those in a game and have any reviews or opinions on how it went?

So I’d like some help in creating a custom move about owning an Inn.

So I’d like some help in creating a custom move about owning an Inn. ¬†Our group has recently acquired an Inn (long story) and have put an NPC in charge of it. ¬†We plan to stop back in town every once and great while to check up on things and collect any “profits” that might have acquired (more than likely get into trouble as a result of the Inn).

I was looking for some ideas on what a custom move like this would look like.  Any one done anything like this?

My first ideas, which I admittedly don’t love but it’s a start.

On a 10+ Choose 3, On a 7-9 Choose 1

* The Inn is profitable!  Roll and collect that many coins.

* The Inn is currently the home to an interesting NPC.  The Gamemaster will tell you who and for how long they intend to stay.

* A rival hasn’t opened up shop in town.

*other interesting stuff — 3-6 options in total?

I’m starting up a game with a new group tomorrow evening. ¬†I could use some inspiration for a good dungeon starter to get them hooked. ¬†What are some of the best set ups you’ve used so far? ¬†Some that didn’t work out so well?

This will be my 2nd time starting a game (my other campaign has gone 10 sessions so far).  I could use the inspiration.
