Working on a new adventure today led to developing a Blue mage/Spellthief compendium class, then after I finished I noticed Ben Wray posted something similar a week ago! I thought I’d put this online for feedback anyway – let me know what you think guys!

The Affinitist

Through the material and the arcane every being shares a link, through flesh and stone and steel and soul. The link shapes us, but we, in turn, can shape the link.

The Nominate Repeater

Said to be the favoured weapons of the Crimson highwaymen, although where they acquired them is unknown. The weapon requires neither powder nor shot; but in place of a flintlock apparatus is space to slot a single coin (of most denominations.)

The pistol will not fire unless a ‘donation’ has been made recently. It’s been observed that coins of lower value will provide no more than half a dozen shots; when a jade doubloon (a high value coin from the Xi empire) was donated, the gun continued to fire for over 5 months.

I was telling my friend about my recently-released pack, which is all about an adventure on a boat.

I was telling my friend about my recently-released pack, which is all about an adventure on a boat. He suggested the next one could be a continuation of the first – ie a series of fronts, adversaries etc. around when/where the boat lands.

To me, the same Dungeon World adventure could end in radically different places, depending on the GM and the players, so why try and railroad the GM by linking adventures together?

So personally I disagreed, but I know a few of you here have picked the pack up and I’d be interested to hear your thoughts. (If you haven’t, I’ve just dropped the price to $0.99.)

Might be a daft question given the name of the group, but is there much interest in World of Dungeons?

Recently I’ve been playing a lot of smaller one-off games and I’ve used WoDu as a main resource, but kept DW (the moves and monsters in particular) to hand for reference. I love how well the two fit together.

Hey, I’m putting together a pirates/nautical-themed campaign pack and I’d love any feedback, questions etc.

Hey, I’m putting together a pirates/nautical-themed campaign pack and I’d love any feedback, questions etc. Still to do: an example map or two, some kind of random events table, anything else I might have missed.

I’d like to put this on DrivethruRPG for pay-what-you-like; I’ve not published anything before so any advice to that end would be useful too. Thanks!

(+Nikitas Thlimmenos and +Guy Milner – this was what I mentioned, hope it’s useful.)
