I find that Google searches with provide you with the link to the discussion. Sense g+ is Google’s after all.
The search functionality is not active yet in the new Google+ interface. You can either go back to classic G+ or use the following hack: https://plus.google.com/+JohnSkeats/posts/J4ZGTmApZtk

Love the book of hirelings. My players only just got rid of three of those after dragging them cross-country for five sessions.
