I just noticed that Dungeon World is in the list of “Platinum sellers” in the current DriveThru RPG sale… It’s one of only 66 products, which (according to their sale page) is the top 0.23% of products.

That is an amazing success by anyone’s measure, congrats guys 🙂

I’ve been looking over the dungeon starters and playbooks and similar documents and I was wondering – what programs are people using to build their customisations into this nice layouts?  Is it InDesign, or some alternative?

Has anyone tried running DW as a one-on-one game?  Curious as to how well suited it is with a gm and a single player.

Sage LaTorra Adam Koebel Out of interest, given that DW originally started life as an AW hack, what are your feelings about people hacking on the DW ruleset? With its task-focus, it feels better suited to some styles of game then AW was.

Just in case anyone here is interested in an actual-play session report.

Hey everyone,

I would just like to say a belated thankyou to Dan Hall for his excellent work running Dungeon World the other night, under trying technical circumstances 😉  I’ve been promising a session write-up and it’s finally ready.

I’ve posted it up in the DW sessions forum on RpgGeek – an excellent resource for rpgers, particularly collectors, I recommend it 🙂  Unfortunately I had forgotten that they moderate session reports, hence the delay.

In anycase, for anyone interested, here is the writeup on how the session went, with apologies for anything I may have missed in remembering:

Hey everyone! Spruiking for the G+ Tabletop APAC once more.

We’ve got our first game scheduled for this coming sunday evening and four more being discussed at the moment – so if you’re interested in playing the the Asia Pacific timezones, come on over and help us get some more games off the ground!

Is anyone recording aps of their sessions since the final rules came out?

Is anyone recording aps of their sessions since the final rules came out? I’m reading through my hard cover and having trouble visualising how some of it works.

Take rot grubs for instance. Their move is to burrow into flesh, lay eggs which can then hatch quite gruesomely. How does this play out in the game, example please? 🙂
