I am itching to run a campaign that is either Viking base or Pirate base ….. magic will be limited to none.

1. Seeing if there is any interest?

2. What resources are there? I missed https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/2041872302/pirate-world-the-explosive-dungeon-world-fate-sour, but I know there are additional resources out there!

This will sound so superficial, but as a 12 year professional as an art director and graphic designer, we need to come up with a “template” and design standard for these compendium classes. I am viewing so many good ones, but don’t feel like putting them on my own design.

First, am I an idiot?

Second, what program should we use if i am not? Just word and find similar enough fonts?

I am a huge fan of Urban Shadows(Apocalypse World Hack) by Andrew Medeiros.

I am a huge fan of Urban Shadows(Apocalypse World Hack) by Andrew Medeiros.  The second I finished reading through US a couple of months ago, I felt that I had finally found the great starting point for having the World of Darkness fix that I wanted in an AW gaming mechanic.

A few weeks ago, I began writing an Add-On for US adding many of the WoD clans, tribes, orders and creeds. Along the way, I have picked up a great team of Anton Dominic, John Layton, and Steve Moore in writing material for FOUR WoD books, currently we have the Vamp (Vampire the Masquerade,) the Wizard (Mage the Awakening,) the Wolf (Werewolf the Forsaken,) and the Hunter (Hunter the Vigil.)

This is our first draft write up, as you will see not quite complete, but I would love feedback from both WoD fans, US, fans and AW fans. Any advice would be great, there is a lot of material here. We are starting play test on it next week and will keep you informed of how it goes.

If any of you want to playtest this as well, that would be awesome and would love feedback, videos, ect…

Any feedback is noteworthy. You think a clan is represented? Tell us! You don’t like a move? Tell us! You have a great idea for a move? Tell us!

Played in my first game last night and it was all I hoped it would be, the mechanics were so free flowing and narrative … but just controlled enough to keep the game going. Great system.
