Definitely evenings. I might even start them around 11pm or so.
I am open to all 3rd party classes so long as I can take a look to make sure that they are not incomplete or game breaking. Grim/inverse world are great additions to that list of acceptable playbooks.

On the topic of 3rd party classes, have you read through Peter Johansen’s War&Wonder playbooks? If so, would you consider running a lvl 0 Villager campaign? Not a Funnel World game, i’m not a huge fan of the randomness of character generation or the high lethality.
I’d have to take a look. I can’t say I’m familiar with it.

Mark Weis I saw your other post. I don’t think I’d be interested in a Villager-only campaign. I’m going to leave it open to all classes. You’re welcome to use it though.
Damian Jankowski lol, being a sole villager in a party of actual classes might not be the best idea. I’d love to try out the fool though, or maybe the Warlock
