Hey there.
I’m looking for some people to play dungeon world with on a weekday evening (either weekly fortnightly or monthly- if its monthly I could probably swing other days and times)
I have GM’d several dungeon world games and would prefer to play this time but if it comes down to it I can GM.
New people to the system are welcome, its easy to learn and I dont mind explaining it.

We would do a session 0 to get an idea of what sort of game and setting we would be playing.
I am tentatively interested. It would depend on date and time. I’ve GMed Dungeon World before but I would like to play since I’m not sure I did a fine job GMing last time.

Also how do you feel it didn’t go great? I can give you some pointers if you want. Not saying I’m amazing but my players seem to like it 🙂
My story just “went off the rails” hard, as it were. The main story wasn’t as big of a threat and the player interaction never lead to any meaningful solutions. But we did have a nifty virus which turned people into Genestealers. Plus a player had the Slayer playbook and ended up with a side mission that was really hard to shoehorn in. It was just a mess with story and players really.
Ah. That’s why I like a session 0 and with the first campaign I run with a group I tend to stick with the base playbooks.
The virus thing sounds cool
It was pretty cool. That was the story we ended up running with. The virus had just started spreading and was coming from these three godly entities that slept in the land. They woke up infected and started spreading. It didn’t help that one of them was a Harpy Queen and that when you killed one and touched the gem left behind you were compelled to kill the others to gain their power.
I might be interested depending on what days / times get picked.
Speaking on times, I am booked on Fridays and every other Saturday and Sunday. I won’t be able to game super late since obviously it’s a work week.
I can’t do saturdays and Sundays. Also the latest I could.play to would probably be about half 10.
I could also be interested as long as it isn’t too late on a weeknight (EST)
To be honest given that EST is 5 hours ahead of GMT I don’t think that’s possible.
Yeah, and I’m Central time, so it would be even worse. 🙁 Didn’t realize that.
I am trying to learn DW myself. I could play but not DM yet. What time/time zone you thinking? What would u use just Skype or something like roll20?
I actually just realised I misjudged the american time zone. It could work if you are free in your early afternoon/morning
And GMT 6pm till 10 using roll20 for rolling and Skype for talking is my thought

Intereset to take part for some periond of time. Hangauts, skype, roll20 ok. What time zone? im in GMT +2
