Does anyone know of any good custom moves for 1.) inspiring others, 2.) leading others, and 3.) deceiving others (kind of a generic stealth, larceny, etc. move)?

Defy Danger (CHA)
I appreciate the help but by custom I meant moves that are not in the book itself since I find those lacking in handling these specific cases.
I’ve written a few. Maybe some of these will help?
Inspiring Presence
When a battle begins and you take charge, hold command equal to your CHA. During the battle, spend 1 command to:
○ Give an order to retreat; everyone who follows suit gets +2 armor while getting out of there
○ Give an order to charge; everyone who does so deals +1d4 damage. If you lead the charge yourself, your retinue and any allies who follow also get +1 forward.
○ Give an order to hold fast; everyone who follows your order gets +1 armor & +1 forward to do so.
○ Give an order to advance or maneuver; anyone following that order gets +1 forward to carry it out
Shake it Off
When you extoll (or order) an ally or to struggle through, roll +CHA. On a 10+, they shake it off, break free, struggle through, or whatnot. On a 7-9, a PC gets +1 forward to overcome themselves. An NPC will overcome but not immediately.
When you attempt to avoid notice or suspicion, roll to be sneaky. If you do it…
…by moving quietly & staying out of sight, roll +DEX
…by holding still and waiting, roll +CON
…by remaining calm, playing it cool, roll +WIS
…by lying, playing a part, or fitting in, roll +CHA.
On a 10+, you’re free and clear. On a 7-9, pick one:
○ They sense something’s up and subject you to scrutiny
○ No one’s the wiser, but the GM introduces a complication or a twist
Silver Tongued
When you use lies, bluster, or deception to avoid suspicion or get out of trouble, roll +Charming. On 10+, hold 3. On 7-9, hold 1. Spend your hold 1 for 1 to:
○ Move about or maneuver unchallenged
○ Withstand direct scrutiny or questioning
○ Direct suspicion or attention elsewhere
Also, if you don’t have Johnstone Metzger’s Class Warfare, check it out. Tons of stuff in there that fits the bill.
Those are definitely very helpful launching points, thank you. I have Class Warfare (and agree with the general sentiment that it’s a fantastic addition to the core) but haven’t really scoured it yet for this purpose so I should do that before the game tomorrow.
