It’s a magical item. I didn’t have a cost in coins in mind when I wrote it. It’s not exactly something you are supposed to buy with money.

I assumed that’s why there wasn’t a value, but seeing as the effects were minor and the use limited, I let my player roll for its availability at a druidic trading post. He’s got it tough at the moment; he’s suffering a curse and his vow of silence reduces his ability to communicate his suffering or the portents in his nightmarish visions.
