That sounds like a question to be solved at the table if I ever heard one.
Lol! Yeah, I guess you’re right! To me, it read that the islands float inside the clouds that surround Sola. But I guess it makes more sense to float on top… However, I wonder what happens if you cloud-swim to close to the bottom…?
I was going to comment something about when I was on a plane and going through clouds you can only see white around you, but then I realised that it was unlikely anything was also in the cloud for me to try and see through the clouds to it.
Which is a round about way of saying I don’t know.
