2. The subreddit for DW had a thread about L5R, which matches one edition of OA. Although it isn’t a complete treatment at all, it may serve as a mine for ideas.

4. Well. It may not have the ubiquity of d20 stuff, and a fair bit is self-published, but there are a couple active communities.
