1. not to discurage you from your work but; why would someone need pre-gen characters for Dungeon World?

2. Not discouraged at all! I had a lot of fun doing it.

   In response to your question: Even though it only takes about 15 minutes to make your own character, sometimes it’s nice to have a concept and doc ready to go for a one shot and/or pickup game.
