This is going to be a weird question, but if I have a bond with someone, does he have that bond with me?

This is going to be a weird question, but if I have a bond with someone, does he have that bond with me? When reading the rules, it wasn’t immediately clear to me, and it greatly affects the roll+bond when you aid or interfere.

  1. What Tim said. Having a bond with someone doesn’t mean they have one with you; if you hate or love someone deeply and they just don’t give a fuck, then they just don’t give a fuck. If you have a bond with someone but they have none with you, you roll Aid at +1 to help them and they roll at +0 to help you.

  2. Think of it like familiarity (like AW’s History): it can be asymmetrical. Just because you know a thing or two about that person, doesn’t mean they know anything about you.
