Scenes from our last session:

For reference, I’m playing a Cleric. My Deity is female. She’s about Health and Restoration.

When I commune with the Goddess she can only do karaoke. Badly.

As my Cleric levels her voice actually masters the notes.

Divine Guidance brought forth this little beauty:

Through a strained and pained expression the cleric looked to his companions, his hand falling to his forehead and with the expectant looks of his companions he explains the guidance he received:

“Hold on… sometimes it’s hard to explain. She said to me: ‘Carry on my wayward son… there’ll be peace when you are done… the path’s beneath the tree… go revive that soul…’.”

For those of you who read this, you’re welcome. 😉

  1. I love this!

Don’t forget that classic revelation about faith:

“Don’t stop believing, hold on to that feeling!”

Or the warning of upcoming danger:

“I can feel it coming in the air tonight, oh lord”

Or the prophecy of a creature of untold horror:

“They gather for the feast, they stab it with their steely knives but they just can’t kill the beast.”

    Good times.

  2. Matt Smith damn it all to hell. Now he is going to use those and I will likely lose all the players from groaning to death… Or laughing to death. eh if you can’t beat enjoy join em.

Girls just wanna have fun, Strand hates the sun.

  3. We had a bard who played various 80’s and 90’s hits. The player would actually queue up songs on her iPad to have reference for exactly what her character was doing. Including, of course, Eye of the Tiger.
