1. I got mine from Noble Knight Games, but they are currently sold out too.

2. I ordered from IPR and waited about 3 weeks or so. 

3. I’m also interested in buying a print version.

4. Leisure games (UK) did have some but I think they are now on pre-order, might be worth keeping an eye on anyway
