You could go to Staples, Office Depot, Kinkos, etc and have their print shop do one up and it probably wouldn’t cost all that much.
You know how they talk about some investors being risk adverse? I’m work adverse. I would resort to this option if PoD or another print run is off the table.
I also would rather send some money to the guys who made it if they decide to do PoD.
As far as I know, Scout Books can’t be PoD’d. Your minimum print job there is 250 copies.
A print shop or the secondary market is probably your best option at this point.
It’s possible there will soon be print copies of Planarch for sale. Sage and I are in the middle of working something out.

My hope is that I can roll PDF sales + a small number of hardcopy sales into more hardcopies, but that really depends. Otherwise, we’ll have to wait until a later Kickstarter (probably for the next Planarch booklet) to think about reprinting Dark Heart.
Jonathan Walton: can you not stick it up on DTRPG or Amazon’s print-on-demand stuff?
I theoretically could but it’s a non-standard size (3.5×5″) and materials (100% recycled, super eco), and was specifically designed that way on purpose. Any POD version would look pretty different.
