Okay. PDF’d it. Still need to iron things out. Still looking for feedback.

Behold, The Swashbuckler.
Behold, The Swashbuckler. I had seen a few variations before, but I felt many had some weak rules or took too much from existing classes. I think I’ve made something here that feels unique. This is a first revision, there is plenty of work to be done in regards to cleaning up language and balancing rules.
I’ve included commentary on the majority of the sheet. Let me know what you think.
Beginners welcome. Bring a pair of level 1 sheets (1 for backup). I’ll be GMing. Looking for 3-5 players.

Been working on this class a bit.
Been working on this class a bit. Ignore most of the wording and names, much of it will be polished up, but how do the mechanics look? The Advanced Moves and to a lesser extent the Bonds need a lot more work.
Thanks to Gabe Tanenhaus Matt Smith and Michael Pearce for a killer first time GMing DW live.
Thanks to Gabe Tanenhaus Matt Smith and Michael Pearce for a killer first time GMing DW live. As difficult as I thought it might be, it turned out to be the most fun experience I’ve had GMing an RPG. I came in with zero planning and Matt Smith and Gabe Tanenhaus developed some sort of story involving swamp creatures and a mysterious tome with a side excursion involving Gabe Tanenhaus and his swamp-monster-baby-mama. Michael Pearce jumped in a little bit later just in time for the dungeon and ultimately we got through three hours with only a single monster kill to their credit, but many many more evaded. The incredible amount of potential paths is something to behold when you GM DW. Much respect to the hireling Delvin the Expendable who somehow managed to make it through the dungeon unscathed and still smoking his cigarettes.
DW is the greatest.

I have yet to see a game where we got to test out many of the Advanced Moves. Have a super-epic character laid out at level 6. The more interesting the choice of Advanced Moves the better. Feel free to give yourself a magic item or two as well as piles of gold to spend on whatever.
If you aren’t sure how to level up a character to 6 simply follow the regular character creation rules, add 5 additional points among your initial Ability Scores, and then pick 5 moves from your class’s Advanced Moves list. Toss on some phat loot and you’re good to go.
Please post if you’ll be making it!
Starting in fifteen minutes. Pop in if you’re interested in a one shot at level 6!

Reminder, open one-shot tonight for high level epic characters.
Reminder, open one-shot tonight for high level epic characters. A bit of interest so far, but sounds like we could use a couple more. Level 6. Advanced Moves. Magic Items. Come and get it!
