So I was reading Vornhiem: the Complete City Kit for fun and it occurred to me if you splice it up with some of Jason Lutes Perilous Journey map making rules you could make a clever little Settlement World hack. Instead of mapping a region you would be mapping districts to a huge dungeon like city, then you establish rumors, superstitions, and threats could be fun, plus you could make some city adventure ready classes with Class Warfare. Maybe I will write something up.

One of my players mentioned that they did like the frailness of DW characters, his complaint was they could get into one two fights before they were all low in hp. To be fair they dont have a healer at the moment. has anyone played with HP and say given +1 HP at level up, if so did they start to feel too tanky? I dont want D&D HP bloat but maybe a bit of a cushion to show a more experienced character that know tricks to survive. Another thought I had was a second wind custom move that could be done once after a fight to help them out.

I see a lot of people posting custom classes that look professional, and fit with the core books class, what program are you using? Do you have a template you can just plug the info in? Not that I am anywhere near completion but I am making my own hack and I would like the have quality sheets to give my players.
So I am looking for more info on fronts, I feel like I am over thinking it honestly.
So I am looking for more info on fronts, I feel like I am over thinking it honestly. I listened to the So You Want To Play Dungeon World playlist from Christopher Grau which helped for the most part but like I said I am still not quite catching on to the fronts chapter. Anyone have any good reading or videos in regards to building fronts targeted toward the basics of it? I have GMed many other games in the past but I have been thinking about trying my hand at Dungeon World.
