One of my players was possessed by a dark god in our latest session and is struggling with working out to go after levelling up.
Does anyone know of any compendium classes which trigger when you’ve been the host of something awful?

I have a Class Warfare question.
I have a Class Warfare question.
One of my players is a Sharpshooter/Bounty Hunter/Captain. We’ve only had one session so far and he asked to rejig his character stats, which I usually do.
He was hoping to take Arsenal instead of Captain, but to make it for crossbow ammunition instead of melee weapons. He likes his dwarf’s ability to fight at range, likes being a morally dubious bounty hunter but doesn’t feel he’ll get that much use out of his gang.
Has anyone adjusted the Arsenal to be ranged? Will it stack okay with the Sharpshooter?
I’ve yet to hack a Class Warfare Class, so I’m a little cautious about doing this.
Has anyone used The Villager playbook with Class Warfare?

I want my group to start out with humble beginnings and to get invested in their local environment so I’d like to use The Villager.
My group like the idea of Class Warfare and I wonder if it may make classes which are a little too weird to have started out as a Villager.
I’m about to start running a Dungeon World game soon and setting the game in a city seems to be a popular opinion.
I’m about to start running a Dungeon World game soon and setting the game in a city seems to be a popular opinion. I only used the core book previously but we’re using Class Warfare and possibly beasties from the recent Dungeon World Bundle of Holding. As I’m exploring new options, I was wondering if there are any books about city-based campaigns or any adventures people know of which are cool. Also I kind of want to give my group a hero’s tavern to customise and tinker with kind of like the Normandy in Mass Effect or Skyhold in Dragon Age. Are there any systems for this out there or shall I just hack my own?

I was completely surprised and impressed with how my group took to the initiativeless combat in Dungeon World and have been thinking of porting it over to Fate as some of my group aren’t keen on the static initiative system there. Before playing this game I was thinking of having the players roll Fate Dice + Skill for initiative to vary the flow up a bit, but DW seems more elegant.
Have any of you used DW’s lack of initiative mechanic in any games and specifically in Fate?
Hey there. I just finished running my first game of Dungeon World and it was a great success.

I have one player whose paladin has had a few problems I wanted to ask you guys about. The paladin, Gregor Augustine, died in a pit full of barbed thorns and promised death that he would kill Good King Theodore in return for his life. Given that he can’t kill in an underhanded or sneaky way due to his oath, this is a bit hard.
He stabbed an Orc in the back after they teamed up against some zombies and lost his oath. Now, the player is talking about being done with being a paladin. Gregor has seen too much death and horror.
Is there a Fallen Paladin class or mod? I know this is only one session in, but it sounds like the arc he’s looking to pursue.
