Nice work. Flicked through the whole doc and like your coverage. Damage seems harsh to me, but that does match SR.
It works for SR because the premise of the game is to avoid fighting where possible, and use ambush tactics where it’s not. Also, it’s realistic for futuristic guns to be lethal. 🙂
