Here’s a homebrew class I’ve been working on and would love some feedback before I work on putting it into a playbook template. It uses Inverse World style drives and backgrounds.

Credit to Inverse World for a few borrowed moves and S. John Ross for his God of Cookery concepts from Uresia, Grave of Heaven.

  1. In french it is connaisseur.

Perhaps a skill to throw knife and somewhere a bonus with dex instead Precise and meticulous

Famous first name Raymond Paul Bernard Alain

If only we have halfling in DW 🙂

  2. Bruno Veran Apparently, the word was spelled connoisseur in French when English borrowed it in the 19th century. The spelling later changed in French, but was not updated in English. I learned something today, so thank you for your comment!

  3. I posted a similar class concept a couple weeks ago, right down to the God of Cookery inspiration too. Great movie.

I really like the cooking styles, and the questions around Discern Realities and food are quite elegant: wish I’d thought of that.

The CC I put together has a few moves in common, though the main mechanic is more about hunting and cooking up monsters (my player’s a Fighter).
