1. I haven’t yet, but I intend to use Mythic: GME.  Can’t recommend this highly enough, for a lot of reasons!  I think it particularly compliments DW’s design principals, too.  And there isn’t just one “way” to use it, too.  You can really adapt it to how you want to use it.

   I’m also resisting the temptation to run a group of friends through Shock: Social Science Fiction, Dawn of Worlds, Microscope, and How to Host a Dungeon to create a little bit of content for the world before starting a Dungeon World campaign in a setting generated by the players.  But that is undoubtedly overkill on my part. 😛

4. I use the DW Encounter Deck, I like pulling cards for monsters/items/traps better than rolling them on a table.
