Hi!
I’ve created an app for Android that helps you generate random entities to use in your favorite role-playing game.
Whit it you can create
– dungeon
– monster
– npc
– regions
– quest
completely random or by choosing any or all categories of the entities
I called it “dungeon world helper” (not sure if i can link directly here)
II’m thinking of expanding it slowly and if you have any requests please let me know
So far so good… I don’t really have any suggestions right now except maybe to work on the UI. It’s very functional but in order to sell it, you’ll have to make it more attractive.
Great! I’ll try it out. I’ve been using Adventuresmith as well.
Also link – play.google.com – Dungeon World Helper – Apps on Google Play
My suggestions:
Text field for naming your creation.
A way to store what you create in the app, to export it to pdf so I can create things and add them to my note program as attachments easily, or, if easier, a copy function that lets me copy my creation to my clipboard so I can paste it in my note app.
Awesome job so far though, really good app.
Thanks for your feedback.
In the to do list I already planned to add a feature to save the results.
I have to study how it works on android, it will probably take some time 😛
And I’ll try to make it graphically a bit ‘more cute, beauty is not my forte 😉
Seems neat. Do you think the monster generator could do the work to calculate the monster’s hp, armor and damage dice, based on the answers to the questions?
Robert Rendell I have already created something similar but for the moment only on cory79.altervista.org – Un mostro per dungeon world and in Italian.
I plan to implement it on the app too
New version!
Export, pdf or clipboard.
A whole lot of new table freshly imported from
reddit.com – index – BehindTheTables
Location, Faction, Food, Magic, Monster, Npc, Object, Plot, Settlement, Vehicles and Wilderness
I have made an automated import so I’m not 100% sure all tables will work correctly
Send me the bug and I’ll hack and slash them
