we’re gonna have a player playing as the skeleton (awful good games) and there is a stat called BONE,the playbook says that it’s a combination of soul and well, bones. Thing is , if the player decides to create a weapon and narrates that he takes his leg’s bone and makes a kind of mace, do I give him a debility that goes away when he spends BONE to grow his leg again, or do i let him grow his leg back for free? I’d personnaly go with the first one, but i’m not sure wether it’d be fair or not? Note: you spend BONE to create a weapon.

  1. So wait, they’re able to freeform whatever weapon they want form their bones? Why not get with the player and nail some weapons down, what bones they’re using, and how that would affect them so you’re on the same page and they don’t feel cheated when they make a greatsword out of their leg and then immediately fall over.

  2. Karlen Kendrick basically they spend 1 bone for a hand and close range, 2 for reach range they can also spend BONE to regrow bodyparts

Your idea seems like a good idea, I think that’s what could be used during play

  3. Karlen Kendrick do you think the justification “I expand a bit of my soul to increase my weapon’s range instead of sticking more bones to it’ is a reasonable excuse? Since BONE represents both the soul and body, it makes mechanical sense.

    I have trouble taking descisions.

  4. Robert Doe BONE can be replenished by resting in a place dedicated to bodies(coffin mosuleum crow cages sacophargus etc.) or 1d4 BONE or 1 BONE can be replenished when scavenging a body depending on the roll
