The only one I know of is a campaign run by the Rag-Nerd-Rok crew, which uses the Perilous Wilds tables extensively.
The first episode can be found here:

At present they’re up to eight session and still going.
Jason Lutes Thank you for mentioning us! Those tables have prompted some unique and memorable play experiences, let me tell you. I don’t think I could have come up with the bear prayer circle from Episode 8 without them. The dungeon creation rules were also super helpful in shaping what I feel were some of the strongest parts of the campaign.
