In our experience it works out to more durability in the wild — a longer time limit on how long they can spend adventuring before they need to get back to town. I would love to hear reports from people who get into the upper levels and how it impacts their game. So far it hasn’t been a problem for us, but my playtest group is just a tiny sampling.
