End of Session Q: When it says “choose one of your bonds,” does that mean one-and-only-one?

End of Session Q: When it says “choose one of your bonds,” does that mean one-and-only-one? In other words, for each player, only one bond may be resolved per session?

  1. Only one.

Playing with more than one will steer the game very strongly toward intra-party drama.

I actually like that kind of gameplay, but the original game is very clear: ONE.

  2. In our longest running game, we’d generally resolve any bonds that felt resolved but you’d only get 1 xp max.

In retrospect, that resulted in characters ending up with resolved bonds but not taking the time to write new ones. So, actually, I wouldn’t recommend it.
