I have an idea for a DW adventure, but I know that I don’t possess the skills to GM a game. Is there anyone would be interested in collaborating, and perhaps running the game with me as creative consultant?

Hey now. Give yourself the benefit of the doubt and try. Everyone had to start somewhere, and no one’s first attempts were all that good.
Christopher Stone-Bush Yeah if you find new players aswell they wont know a good game from a bad game and then you can suck all you want and they will still have fun.
I also sort of want to play in it lol.
Even if you find “established” players Shadi Alhusary things should be fine. As long as they aren’t complete and total douche bags, they’ll understand this is your first time ever GMing and help you out. Plus, they can offer great feedback after the game.
Consider writing a Dungeon Starter (http://www.finemessgames.com/DWsupplements/dungeonstarters). It’s a great way to get a bunch of evocative setting material and interesting situations out of your system. Seeing AP from someone who’s run one is really gratifying and you get to see all the cool ways they spun off from your ideas.
No clue if you’ve read this. If not, be sure to. It really has some immensely helpful advice with running a game. DW can be a little daunting to GM but if you keep a few core game concepts in mind you won’t have any game-stopping issues:

Yup. I’ll second what Geek Ken suggested.
If I were to GM this game, would anyone be interested? Knowing that I am a complete novice, that is.
Lily Montgomery Sure
My biggest problems would be my kids and time. I would have no trouble playing with you.
I’m going to read up a bit and then decide if I can manage it.
I haven’t read any comments yet but run it yourself. You can do it! You will also continue to think up great adventures so don’t be scared you are “wasting” an idea on being an inexperienced DM. That used to be my fear.
I’d be game, scheduling dependent.
If you wouldn’t mind contacting me to talk about it, that would be awesome!
You might also consider co-GMing. I tried that once, where I had soft moves for 10+ and mostly drove the story forward, the other had hard moves for 6-, soft moves for 7-9. It gave a sort of good cop/bad cop vibe. And we gave each other suggestions, and both ran NPCs. I think it’d have to be someone you communicate well with, though.
But I also support trying to run games yourself! It’s only hard until it gets easy. If you let players know ahead of time, they’ll usually help you out.
