Folks, I swear I remember a class that was suggested as an alternative to the paladin to use where the authorities were corrupt and not as bound by law. Is this for real or is my memory playing tricks on me?

I made the rebel a bit back as a reskin of the Paladin. Is this what you’re looking for?

I think that may be it.
Warning : It has not been rigorously playtested.
i really like the “templar” from the alternate classes pack (with priest and mage repalcing cleric and wizard)
has a real judge dread feel to it 😀
Oh, yeah, the Templar is GREAT. I love how one of it’s core moves pretty much guarantees that when the character dies it’ll be something that gets talked about for many sessions to come.
I solve the problem by application of the ancient principle of Lex iniusta non est lex.

a little bit off topic, but: what did you use for the sheet? it looks very nice
I made it up from scratch in OpenOffice, since I couldn’t find a copy of the font used in the standard sheet. And because I got tired of repeating the stat-to-mod ranges every time someone leveled.
Here’s my “Blank” template. I left a ton of stuff on there so I already have the fonts and formatting for the next one I try. Just highlight and overwrite as appropriate.
If you’re going to sell anything made with it, I don’t care, BUT I used a font from iconian.com (Justivian) for a lot of the white-on-black bits (NAME, ALIGNMENT, etc) so you’d have to change that or get commercial rights from that guy.

Sean Fager The font is not embedded in the file, by default it looks plain.
