Solid version x.2 of the Anticleric playbook. Wanted to keep going at it but I need a break.
Changes: Point costs, initial Soul count, “Level” box, moves, names of some moves [in progress], and I don’t remember what else.

Oh, and arrows! Lots and lots of arrows!
Interesting idea though depending on why you get exiled from one diety, can easily see other more aggressive or sneaky gods snatching the person up to serve them as a cleric for them instead. Might just have to add why the class just doesn’t go temple hopping if the world supports it.
How do you increase your stats when you use a different level up system?
Good catch. I hadn’t implemented anything for that yet but its on the agenda.
The skill tree is a very interesting idea. I think a lot of people may either like this class a lot or dislike it because of it.
I suspect that taking one of the advanced moves through multi-classing wouldn’t work?
If you’re looking for name ideas, (inspired by Augustine), check out the list of Roman emperor names: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Roman_emperors
I was discussing with a fellow player and I may keep the tree paths, but allow the taking of the next move of the tree when you reach the next level as you normally do, rather than have a separate XP purchasing system. I like the skill cost idea, but it may not be for this game engine.
Yeah. I like the idea of the purchase system, too, but you’re right. It makes the class less compatible with the rest.
