  1. Interesting idea though depending on why you get exiled from one diety, can easily see other more aggressive or sneaky gods snatching the person up to serve them as a cleric for them instead. Might just have to add why the class just doesn’t go temple hopping if the world supports it.

  2. I was discussing with a fellow player and I may keep the tree paths, but allow the taking of the next move of the tree when you reach the next level as you normally do, rather than have a separate XP purchasing system. I like the skill cost idea, but it may not be for this game engine.
