I know this community isn’t the right place to ask +Sage LaTorra about Powers for Good. But I don’t know where I could find him. So…
Look at this excerpt:
Supporting Cast
Each player may describe any supporting cast doing anything they wish. If a supporting cast helps a player character, the player adds 1 to their roll.
Someone could clarify this rule to me, please?
If a hero has 8 guys supporting him, he would add +8 to his roll?
Sage LaTorra
You could also just have made a post on your stream. If you mention someone they get an alert, even if you are not in each other’s circles.
Cast is plural, so +1 period.
Thanks Nathan Roberts and Tim Franzke!
Yep, in theory you could get pretty huge bonuses.
Sage LaTorra, I played with my group today and it was awesome!
The supers called “Response Team” fought against Professor Jarvier, a villain capable to expand his consciousness by the global communication system. He went crazy after seeing the worst part of humanity in the Deep Web.
The session runned incredibly fast, and the team creation gave us tons of fun.
However, they haven’t fail in any roll. They got so many Determination points that was impossible to fail, besides that the default target number to overcome the dangers it’s too low (PCs opinions).
My sugestions:
– Raise up the target numbers; easy 5, normal 7, hard 10/12);
– Reward them with one determination point whether to use 2 dice or less;
Thank you for the game!
