The Vehicle and Mount rules are nothing but new moves, Tim, one of which is explicitly for the GM. Check out Damage Report, on page 200.
There are no new Agendas or Principles because it’s still Dungeon World. This is more content, not a new game. But saying there are no new moves is just silly, every single monster is a pile of new moves. Hazards and Giant Monsters are both new tools in a GM’s toolbox, adding to your options greatly.
