  1. If I put it into play, I’d make a small change to the move itself…

    I wouldn’t explicitly state that it requires weather, just the conditions and hope players chained abilities together as a team.

    Smouldering a fire with leaves to draw up a smoke/fog cloak, hitting themselves with a Magic Missile for the benefits of heat or ice or lightning (as long as it’s consistent with the caster’s style).

  2. If a wizard consistently throws fictionally ice flavored missiles (instead of the default force/lightning/fire feel of MM) and came up with the plan and is willing to take 2d4 to the face right before a fight… I’d probably allow it. 🙂

    It’s not much different than the Flaming Paladin combo, except they take damage and only get +1 Armor.

  3. What is the flaming paladin combo? Quest for immunity to fire, bathe in oil, ignite, charge, profit? 

    It also doesn’t work because it’s not a natural phenomen but arcane magic. But that’s just my game.
