Off the top of my head, Near is very much the wrong range tag.
“Near: It’s useful for attacking if you can see the whites of their eyes.”
Hand would be best since they’re horns, to reflect the trouble of bending in half to use your head as a weapon, although the size of the horns might beg for Close to be used.

I would recommend for unnatural strength to increase your maximum STR to 20.
