I made myself a couple of forms for upcoming Dungeon World Game-running, and figure I might as well spread them to the wind. They might not look too fancy, but they all expand dynamically and have buttons to add additional fields.

You’ll need a reasonably up-to-date copy of Reader to use ’em.

EDIT: and I don’t think they play well with Google Drive either – download only is the name of the game.

  1. Heck. We might be looking at forms that can only be opened on a regular-style computer.

    As I said, I made them for myself, so wasn’t really thinking about where else people might end up trying to use them.

  2. Never anticipated this much trouble – I do know that they work on Mac and

    PC, with Acrobat or Reader.

    I’ll see if there is a wsy to maje them more widely compatible.
