I made myself a couple of forms for upcoming Dungeon World Game-running, and figure I might as well spread them to the wind. They might not look too fancy, but they all expand dynamically and have buttons to add additional fields.
This one’s for monsters:

This here’s for creating a bunch of items ahead of time:

And finally, a steading tool:

You’ll need a reasonably up-to-date copy of Reader to use ’em.
EDIT: and I don’t think they play well with Google Drive either – download only is the name of the game.
Looks like I can’t open these at all. The latest version of adobe reader for android still says it can’t open it.
Heck. We might be looking at forms that can only be opened on a regular-style computer.
As I said, I made them for myself, so wasn’t really thinking about where else people might end up trying to use them.
Yeah, I can’t open them either.
Never anticipated this much trouble – I do know that they work on Mac and
PC, with Acrobat or Reader.
I’ll see if there is a wsy to maje them more widely compatible.
Looks like Adobe is really into brand loyaly – these are only good for reader or acrobat.
