Have a couple of questions:
When the druid shapeshifts, he can stay like..forever in the animal form (assuming nothing interfere with that)?
When the druid spend his last hold while shapeshifted, does He immediately turn back to his natural form (after he has performed his action)?
1) Forever, as long as he has hold.
2) He shifts back when “appropriate” in the fiction.
Dont: “I spend my last hold to “Soar to the sky”. A hundred meters up: Pop! and fall to his death.
Do: “I spend my last hold to “Soar to the sky”. A hundred meters up: “You realize you cannot sustain your form for much longer. What do you do?”
Kasper Brohus thank you, it’s enough!
I was just curious if the way I handle this was appropriate 😉
The way we do it in my group is that your last hold is spent when you land. As long as you are airborne, the move isn’t finished yet and does not expire.
Philip Espi That is also what I would call “fictionally appropriate” 😉
