Bought the .pdf last night after being enamored by the beautiful book and reading some great reviews. Was reading through it last night and today when a few of my students missed their lessons today and I’m loving it so far. Can’t wait to play it eventually.

Hoping my local store has hard copies. Couldn’t find where to buy them, or if I could on the site
So far we’ve only shipped copies to Kickstarter backers (including a few shops). In a few weeks they’ll be available more broadly.

Ha! I used to do read game books when students missed lessons.
I really appreciate the *World games’ approach to improv. You do a little planning (the head), but you play to find out (solos) using the principles (melodic, rhythmic, and harmonic elements) and agenda (feel) and moves (specific motifs, techniques, licks, runs, etc).
