My intention/ Resolution this year had been to start running Dungeon World at the local FLGS… but I just found out that the FLGS in Juneau just permanently closed on New Years Day which makes me very sad. The local board game club does meet up 2 Sundays a month at the local strip mall and I think I can do a good demo of DW there so I’m just going to go do that and as I get more confident (I’m a little social phobic) I want to run some stuff at our local comic shop (Juneau robotics). I’ll let people know how things go after a session or 2. Its a bit nerve wracking to invite so many strangers into my personal space so wish me luck.  

Oh man I was so excited yesterday to get hard copies of Red Box Vancouver’s DW1 Lair of the Unknown and Terrors of the Ancient World… and then about 2 minutes into LOTU I realized that 1/2 of all the pages are blank. Bummer! TOAW is great though.

So when it comes to Dungeon World expansion books what do people enjoy? Play books? Full settings like Inverse World or Grim World? I ask because Im about to do something from a work perspective that seems stupid. Toga World, roleplaying in the Ancient World. Goodbye nights and weekends…

when my manuscript is pretty much done and edited… which might be some time I will kickstart it. Until then I’d like to playtest some of my stuff here (like classes and Monsters) as it comes on line. 

So I guess watch this space for Roman Witchcraft, Necromancy, Religion, Gladiators, Cults, and lots of new moves…  and let me know if theres stuff you really want.
