I love this passage of Dungeon World, at page 12:
«(. . .) the characters do amazing things. To see them explore the unexplored, slay the undying, and go from the deepest bowels of the world to the highest peaks of the heavens.» (the emphasis is mine).
Indeed the fantasy role-playing concept of dungeon is completely broad, even Dante-esque (cf. The Divine Comedy).

Me encanta este fragmento del manual de Dungeon World, en la página doce:
«Los personajes hacen cosas asombrosas. (. . .) verles explorar lo inexplorado, matar a los que no mueren, e ir desde las más profundas entrañas del mundo hasta las más altas cumbres celestiales.» (las negritas son mías.)
En efecto, el concepto de mazmorra en el rol fantástico es totalmente amplio, dantesco incluso (cf. La Divina comedia).
