Hey, I’d like to know everything I could need to know about Living Dungeon World. Hamish Cameron– can you help? I’m considering taking over the D&D Encounters program this Fall with a Wednesday Night DW game, but I’d need some way to support multi-table play (we typically get 16-24 players each week).

  1. Living Dungeon World is usually a roughly plotted short arc of connected con games that fit within a con sign up schedule and regime, but the principles also apply to the kind of multi-table ongoing campaign that Phil and co are running at UoC. Their model is also inspired by Ben Robbin’s West Marches campaign (described here: http://arsludi.lamemage.com/index.php/78/grand-experiments-west-marches/).

I definitely intend to update the LDW document, but I have too many other projects on at the moment, so it’s on the back burner at the moment. Once #ConqueringCorsairs and #TheSprawl are under control…

If you’re interested in busting out LDW at a con in the south west, I could be interested.
