Level 4.
There are no level 4 spells, this is why I thought i becomes a lvl 3 spell and in the description it says spell level and not character level.
but if thats the case, ok 🙂

It doesn’t drop to a different category of spells, it counts as one level less when you prepare it. 5-1 is 4!
Level 0 spell = Cantrip/Rote
We would not have chosen numbers to indicate spell power if the numbers did not matter.
There are 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th level spells, probably. We just don’t know any.
