Has anyone seen a Barbarian with the Indestructible Hunger move? How often did they use it?
I wonder if the -1 Ongoing might be a bit severe depending on their appetites.

If its anything like a wizard’s -1 consequence, people will only choice to opt for it when they know they are almost at the end of their goal. I seldom have players take a -1 early on in a game session. And it really only comes into play if the roll is a 7 or a 10, right? Also, thematically, I think it fits to give a penalty for the Barb to make the trade off. Does it make for better story telling though? If its like the wizard’s consequence, then not really.
