I definitely recommend traveling out of your own area for rpg inspiration. I’m in Albuquereque, NM for work and have seen some very different things than I’m used to seeing! This picture is my favorite though! I snapped it (totally unintentionally) as the beer truck was driving past!

Thanks Ara Winter! I got in Thursday and am leaving Tuesday. We went to the Tram, Old Town and Santa Fe. Loving Albuquerque!
Well, Albuquerque has to be inspirational… I mean, the air always smells like warm root beer and the world famous Albuquerque Holiday Inn has towels that are oh so fluffy. 😉

I’m thinking about using this area for a DW game myself!
I’m from East Tennessee and we have the Great Smoky Mountains and just over those mountains, The Cherokees.
Those mountains are considerably different than the Sandia and Jemez etc., and the Cherokee culture is very different than the native culture here (and I’m no expert on that, I’m basing that on the tour guide’s explanation of pueblos and the very little reading I’ve had time to do on the subject).
It’s an interesting place!
Good old Pabst. I, too, am often inspired by it.
