1. The Dungeon World SRD is free and identical to the core text.

2. yes, but I can’t read it in bed on my kindle.

3. Trucheon World is also a nice alternative. It’s the same as the basic rulebook but the chapter order as been changed. It’s pwyw on DriveThru RPG.

4. I love Truncheon World, but remember it doesn’t contain the monsters. Of course, +Maezar made this awesome Manual of Monsters (text only):

5. rich fraser I hear you – there is a dearth of ebook format RPG books, unfortunately. I really wish more publishers would release their games in other electronic formats than PDF.

7. DW is available in PDF, mobi and ePub formats. I would try contacting Burning Wheel (the publisher) with proof of purchase and see if they will provide free copies of the electronic formats since they are bundled free with the physical copy in their store. burningwheel.com – Dungeon World Print+PDF
