Anyone familiar wth 5e D&D and/or Dungeon World willing to take a look at my D&D 4e custom campaign and give a guess at how easy it would be to translate to either of those systems?

Happy to take a look, but first: are you thinking about transitioning the current cast of PCs? Because that’s pretty tricky… they likely will not feel like the same people after transitioning from 4e to DW.
I could take a peek at it.
Jeremy Strandberg Would be starting a new campaign.
Scott Selvidge Michael Guerra Thanks!
Similar thoughts to Michael Guerra… I don’t see anything problematic in the setting itself, but you’ll need to decide what to do about the fantastic races and the character classes.
You could get pretty far with just the core classes and maybe adding in racial options from Number Appearing. You might also want to browse through DTRPG for 3rd-party playbooks that “fit.” (Or advise your players to do so, with right of refusal.) Alternately, Class Warfare is helpful for making customized playbooks.
Beyond that… looks like a solid fit to me.
I agree with Jeremy Strandberg. I posted on the original post also. Dungeon World would easily fit the setting and themes.
Man… even with odd races you can create a move for them. It’s not that hard, though having a prepped (D&D style, whole encounters and whatnot) might do counter to the DW ethos.
I only played a single session of 4e, but I run DW and have recently started running 5e, so I’ll take a look if it’s not too late.
