Introduction. Hi. Im new to Dungeon World. I played it for the first time this Gencon 2016. I wasnt sure what to make of it. Then I read Johnn Four’s email: RPT#702: How To Spend Even Less Time Prepping Dynamic Campaigns, and it began to really make sense.

So using that article and the dungeon world book I had laying on my shelf for the last year, I was able to improve my run style and make the story line more interesting.

The mechanics are still Herogames Fanatsy hero. Even though ti wasnt the HW rules exactly, it was still fun, because I incorporated moves for the bad guys in response to good guy action/moves.
