Hi, I’m keen to play in a play-by-post game if anyone wants to start one soon.
Merry Christmas everyone. First time poster, but this community has helped me a lot getting started in DW. Thanks to all.

We have a four person game and if we find an opening in our game, I will reach out to see if you’re still interested.
Thanks Damian! That’d be awesome! Is your forum public so I can read how it’s gone so far?
I will actually be posting the developments on http://www.semidarkarts.com soon!
I DMed a Dungeon World campaign via Twitter a few months ago and it was a blast, but I’d really enjoy being on the other side of the screen as a player this time around. If there are any play-by-post GMs looking for players, count me in!
Count me in!
I have never played a post-by-post game, but it sounds like a lot of fun. I’m in as a player if anyone is setting something up.
I’ve never dm’d dungeon world before, and I posted really looking for a game to play in… On the other hand, as there is some interest maybe I should volunteer?
I have a city setting (basically an awesome map) for my d&d campaign that I run that I would love to flesh out through improvised play.
Is anyone interested in an urban campaign?
Sure!
Put together a pool of recommeded PlayBooks. Invite us to a group (here, pernas). And lets kick it off! 😀
Afraid I have no idea what playbooks would best. I’ve only experienced the vanilla classes. Any recommendations? I’d like to keep it simple I think. But as the city is vast, pretty much anything would go.
Is there any way to post a picture to this chat? Then I could show you the map.
Better to create a group for this game, no?

I would recommend just sticking to the Dungeon World playbooks that are in the rulebook to keep it simple and avoid knocking the play balance out of whack.
As far as the city goes, make sure you give the players plenty of input to create & shape the city. The collaborative world-building that kicks off the game is one of the most fun parts of Dungeon World. I found the “Questions to Ask” section in the Truncheon World book really valuable when I used it in my campaign.
Well, some like the warlord, the immolator, the mage, and the priest are too good not to be at least considered.
But an Urban chronicle can be very simple!
Damian Jankowski For your attention
Yes, we have a spot in our game we are looking to fill with one player if there is any interest. I reached out to Andy Prentice as well. I assume they started a game.
I can’t seem to find you to invite you to the group, Andy Prentice. Can you add me on G+?
