It’d run you eight bucks, but The Climb by Jason Morningstar (Bully Pulpit Games)looks amazing. You need dedicated space though.
I made / ran this one : It’s a lot of work, but was totally worth it. It would take some work to get it Convention ready though :

All of Jason’s games are good for non-larpers. He just released Juggernaut on DriveThruCards, which is great.
