1. As the foreword says: the Druid doesn’t fit the breakdown of every other class, so it’s an exception and not the standard.

3. Hey, no worries! Its all good! 🙂 Every other class is basically three sets of abilities, but the Druid is neck deep in Shapeshifting so it doesn’t quite work – I think that’s the gist of the foreword? I don’t have it near me.
